Rhyme Notes (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a mobile lyric-writing and recording application with an integrated rhyme engine. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data.

Data You Create

All notes, lyrics, highlights, audio recordings, and exported files you create in the app are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to, collect, or transmit your creative content to any server.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• No user accounts or login credentials
• No usage analytics or behavioral tracking
• No location data
• No contacts or calendar data
• No cookies or cross-app tracking identifiers

Permissions

The app requests the following device permissions:

• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO) — Used solely to record vocal clips within the app’s studio mode. Audio is saved locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
• Internet (INTERNET) — Included for potential future features. The app does not currently transmit any data over the network.

Third-Party Services

Rhyme Notes does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. There are no ads, analytics, or tracking SDKs in the app.

Data Storage and Security

• All user-created content (notes, lyrics, highlights, audio recordings, video exports) is stored exclusively in a local database and file storage on your device.
• No data is stored on external servers or cloud services.
• If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

Children’s Privacy

Rhyme Notes does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the app does not collect personal data from any users, it is suitable for general audiences.

Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete individual notes within the app or remove all data by uninstalling the app. We retain no data on any server.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your data at any time by deleting notes within the app or uninstalling the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
